Charli XCX & Billie Eilish Drop Playful ‘Guess’ Remix Video
Brat summer rolls on with Charli XCX dropping a remix of “Guess” featuring Billie Eilish and a music video. In the music video, Charli and Billie take the lyric “You wanna guess the color of my underwear” to heart, scaling a mountain of lingerie and with Eilish behind the wheel of a bulldozer hauling piles of laundry.
Earlier this week, Charli teased the remix by sharing a photo of herself with a mystery guest artist, faces cleverly cropped out. But fans didn’t take long to figure out it was Eilish, recognizing the rings she wore during her Chicken Shop interview with Amelia Dimoldenberg not too long ago.
Fans responded to the music video release with much excitement. One person commented, “I love how Billie replies to Charli in her verse and it‘s like they are talking to each other.” Another person said, “SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP WHATT NO YOU DID NOT ‘Charli likes boys but she knows id hit it’ LIKE BILLIE AHHHH.”

Today, Eilish’s brother and collaborator, Finneas, confirmed his involvement by reposting Charli’s video teaser on an Instagram Story, saying, “This was like, too much fun to make.” Fans had already been buzzing about the collaboration, noting that Eilish hinted at it during a recent Zane Lowe interview, where she admitted, “I was really nervous, because I haven’t worked with anyone but Finneas in six years, and I hated it back in the day.” Finneas added, “Billie was sitting and telling me why she loved this one artist… I was like, ‘You want to do a day?’”
Charli’s had a packed summer so far, dropping her sixth album, “Brat,” and releasing a deluxe edition featuring three new tracks, including “Guess.” She’s also put out remixes galore, collaborating with Addison Rae and A.G. Cook on “Von Dutch,” Robyn and Yung Lean on “360,” and Lorde on “Girl, So Confusing.”
But “Brat” isn’t just an album: It’s a whole vibe. Brat summer is a lifestyle, with fans rocking lime green, DIYing clothes to mimic the album cover, hitting the clubs, and living their loudest lives. It’s become so iconic that after President Joe Biden withdrew his reelection campaign and Kamala Harris stepped in, Charli tweeted, “Kamala IS brat,” bestowing her ultimate endorsement.
Harris’s campaign team responded by updating their @KamalaHQ profile banner to “kamala hq” in black text over a green background—a playful nod to the album’s cover art.
As brat summer winds down, Charli is gearing up for a sweaty fall, hitting the road with Troye Sivan for their Sweat tour, kicking off September 14 in Detroit and wrapping up on October 23 at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
