Woman Calls Cops On Man After He Asks Her To Put Her Dog On A Leash, Now #KarenStrikesAgain Is Trending

Another day, another 'Karen' incident.

#KarenStrikesAgain is trending after a video of Amy Cooper is going viral. In the clip, a caucasian woman in Central Park is calling the cops on a man. Why? Because he politely asked her to put her dog on a leash (in an area where there are signs saying that dogs must be kept on leashes). In the video, the woman is demanding that the man stop filming her. She also says at one point, "I'm taking a picture and calling the cops. I'm gonna tell them that there is an African American man threatening my life."

The video is getting a lot of attention because not only is the woman's behavior horrendous, but because of how she is treating her dog during the whole ordeal. Because the pet isn't on a leash, she is holding and dragging it by its collar, and she appears to be choking him or her. She has now surrendered the dog to the rescue organization that she adopted it from "while this matter is being addressed," and has been placed on administrative leave from her job at Franklin Templeton, an investment company.
