The Best MLB Ballparks For Stadium Food In 2024
Baseball is in full “swing” and I found the best MLB ballparks stadium food in 2024. Ya Hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn and Cracker Jacks may be the traditional snacks at a baseball game, but these days, a trip to the ballpark can be more like a culinary experience. For some fans, the food matters as much as the game itself. Stadiums are always coming up with new dishes that don’t just satisfy their hunger, but delight them, too. Like sushi, tacos, and hibachi! USA Today put together a list of the best of the best!
According to “USA Today,” these are the best Ballparks for stadium food this year.
- Oracle Park, San Francisco – Since this ballpark opened in 2000, it’s been considered the pinnacle for food. Some offerings are a bit unconventional, like the roast pea protein-based hot dog with roasted red pepper chutney and arugula, but there are some standouts, including the new jerk chicken chimichanga at Orlando’s Caribbean Grill. The Dungeness crab sandwich from Crazy Crab’z gets the highest praise, that it may be “the single best food item at any ballpark anywhere.” So it’s no surprise that around 25-hundred are served at every home game.
- T-Mobile Park, Seattle – The home of the Mariners has always been adventurous with concessions and this year, they’ve got crab pizza, açaí bowls, Chinese dumplings, tofu tots, katsu and Seattle’s own take on a Dungeness crab sandwich.
- Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles – Dodger Dogs now come in variations like Extreme Bacon Wrapped, Gluten-free, Fried, Grilled and Plant-based, and menus include everything from sushi to chicken katsu and carne asada.
- Citi Field, New York – The Mets’ home has the incredibly popular Shake Shack on the center field plaza, as well as a rotating line-up of local restaurants, like RyRy’s jerk chicken and Benny’s Cubanos and the new Korean fried chicken is getting excellent reviews.
- loanDepot Park, Miami – Fans can enjoy eats from Intentional Wok and Sliderz while watching the Marlins play, and you can’t beat the bargain at “3o5” stands, where hot dogs and sodas are $3 and beer is $5.
- Petco Park, San Diego – This is one of the big-league parks that use online ordering on MLB’s Ballpark app, so fans can order the famous fish tacos, as well as Italian, Mediterranean and gelato right from their seats.
- Coors Field, Denver – Known for Rocky Mountain Oysters, they also have one of baseball’s best burger stands, the Helton Burger Shack and Biker Jim’s gourmet hot dog stands.
- Rogers Centre, Toronto – In the outfield “neighborhoods,” you can find local favorites like poutine, and a hot maple and bacon hot dog.
