Fayetteville State Planetarium Sets Final Showings of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon
In case you missed this one, Fayetteville State University’s Planetarium has been running an absolutely mind-bending showing of Pink Floyd’s epic Dark Side of the Moon. But your final couple of chances to see it are coming later this month.
I was lucky enough to nab tickets to this event and it was more than worth it! The experience is immersive and brilliant, I highly recommend you book it as a date night, family adventure or just check it our yourself. The FSU Planetarium is already one of the best in the world with ten 4k projectors on a 30 foot dome, it rivals all others. You truly feel transported during these presentations and if that isn’t enough there is a live astronomer during each show to answer any questions.
I loved it! Myself and the Boyfriend made it a date night, which was more than perfect as the tickets were only $10 apiece. Being the music fans we are, there was no question we wanted to check out the Pink Floyd experience and it was so worth it.
I’ve been raving about it since we went and now, I’ve ramped that mission up because the show is coming to a close soon! The FSU Planetarium announced the last showings of Dark Side of the Moon are happening March 22 and 29, so hurry up and experience this awesome event before it’s too late. However, they have stated that if there is enough interest, they may extend the showings (fingers crossed!)
Until then, you can snag tickets to the Fayetteville State Planetarium event here.
