Professional sports may be completely off the radar right now, but that didn’t stop the National Football League from announcing its hopeful 2020 season schedule Thursday night. And the Carolina Panthers will kick their season off with a home game on September 13.

While things may change for the NFL based on how the situation develops with the coronavirus, if all goes well, the Panthers will face the newly-moved Las Vegas Raiders at Bank of America Stadium on September 13.

With a new head coach in Matt Rhule, a new offensive coordinator in Joe Brady, and a new quarterback in Teddy Bridgewater, Carolina will have its work cut out for it this year. Most notably, the Panthers will face off against Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2 and Week 10, and the defending-champion Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9.
