While coronavirus is taking all the headlines right now, not so quietly the NFL offseason is kicking off with a bang.
The Carolina Panthers announced they are allowing Cam Newton the opportunity to seek a trade from the team. The loss of their nine-year quarterback is seeming to open up the opportunity for another big signing.
ESPN and others are reporting that the Panthers are moving quickly to replace Newton, as they reportedly have an agreement in place to sign Teddy Bridgewater from the New Orleans Saints.
