Paris Jackson Breaks Her Silence on ‘Leaving Neverland’ Documentary

Paris Jackson has finally broken her silence on the HBO documentary, Leaving Neverland, which alleges that her late father, Michael Jackson, sexually abused children.
While she did not give an official statement about the claims made against her late father in the film Leaving Neverland, she was quick to clarify media claims about her position on the documentary.
When Gay Star News ran an article with the headline “Paris Jackson believes her father, Michael, is innocent of sex abuse claims,” Paris, 20, responded with the following in a now-deleted tweet:
“I actually haven’t made any statements yet, especially regarding how it affects my work life. You guys are reaching a bit. At least this wasn’t a disgusting and attacking article, though.”
She later added, “Y’all take my life more seriously than I do.”

TMZ reported that Paris was not concerned with the allegations made against her father and continues to believe he was innocent.
She also continued to slam the media for attempts to get a rise out of her, saying “if everyone reacted this way towards articles, they’d stop making lies and start writing actual news.”

Leaving Neverland, which premiered Sunday, March 3 on HBO, focuses on allegations made against Michael Jackson by Wade Robson and James Safechuck. The two men allege that Michael assaulted them at his Neverland ranch when they were children.
Michael Jackson was acquitted in 2005 of sexual assault and maintained his innocence until his death in 2009.
