Taylor Swift Will Headline 2020 Glastonbury Festival
Taylor Swift has confirmed another live show for 2020. The singer announced that she will headline Sunday night of the Glastonbury Festival next year.
She made the announcements, writing, “I’m ecstatic to tell you that I’ll be headlining Glastonbury on its 50th anniversary – See you there!”
Per The Guardian, Festival co-organizer, Emily Eavis, made a statement about Taylor, saying, “Taylor is one of the biggest and best artists on the planet, and we’re just so pleased that she’s coming here to Worthy Farm to join us for our fiftieth birthday celebrations.”
Also part of the 50th anniversary will be Paul McCartney and Diana Ross.
The Guardian reported in October that Glastonbury sold out in 34 minutes. Glastonbury will be at Worthy Farm in the United Kingdom, June 24 – 28
