A Suspect Has Been Arrested In XXXTentacion’s Murder Case
Police in Florida have arrested a man in connection with the XXXTentacion murder case.
According to TMZ, the man, whose name is Dedrick D. Williams, 22, was arrested yesterday by Broward County officials and is being held on first-degree murder charges — Without bail.
During a vigil for the rapper, XXXTentaction’s mother told gatherers that a suspect had been arrested for murdering her son. While there, she learned about a police chase in the area that may have unfolded immediately prior to Williams’ arrest.
Police investigating the case connected Williams to the murder by using evidence obtained from witnesses and surveillance tapes.
It is not clear at this time if another suspect remains on the loose, as initial reports indicated there were two suspects.
