According to the report, the rapper was in Deerfield Beach at the time the incident occurred.
XXXTentacion was about to leave a motorcycle dealership moments before the shooting.
Witnesses say the gunman approached the rapper and opened fire as he was leaving the dealership.
It is not clear at this time how many times XXXTentacion was shot, but with multiple sources confirming his death, the shooting is believed to have been fatal.
