Julia Fox Backtracks Her Comments That Kanye West Is Harmless
Julia Fox has taken back her comments about her ex-boyfriend Kanye West; she’d previously said she believed the rapper’s repeated outbursts against Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson were “harmless.”
Last week, The Uncut Gems actor defended West’s threats against Davidson as “his artistic, creative expression,” adding, “I know it’s aggressive but, if it really came down to it, I don’t think Kanye would hurt a fly.”
Now, Julia, 32, has taken those comments back. Per gossip website TMZ, Julia posted — then deleted — on Instagram saying, “I would like to point out that I had not seen the latest Instagram posts at the time of this video,” adding, “Believe it or not I have a life and a son, and I don’t have google alerts for this man!”
She said that when asked about Kanye’s outbursts, “I thought this question was in reference to the music video.”
As we recently reported, Kanye, 44, was suspended from Instagram for violating the social site’s policies on hate speech, harassment and bullying. For 24 hours, he was banned from posting, commenting, and sending DM’s.
