Natalie Portman Still With Her Husband After He Had An Affair
Natalie Portman is privately working through marital struggles with her husband Benjamin Millepied. Their ten-year-long marriage has been the subject of a new article in the French outlet Voici, which claims Millepied had an extramarital affair. A source told ET, “It was short-lived, and it is over.”
Portman, 41, and director/choreographer Millepied, 45, remain together despite his infidelity with a 25-year-old woman. A source close to the couple told the publication, “He knows he made an enormous mistake, and he is doing all he can to get Natalie to forgive him and keep their family together. Natalie is incredibly private and has no intention of playing this out in the media. Her biggest priority is protecting her children and their privacy.”
Natalie Portman and her husband, Benjamin Millepied, are reportedly working on their marriage following allegations that he cheated with a 25-year-old woman.

Portman and Millepied share two kids: son Aleph, 12, and daughter Amalia, 6. The couple wed on August 4, 2012. Portman celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last August with an Instagram tribute. She wrote alongside a photo of them together, “Ten years today @benjaminmillepied, and it keeps getting better…” Though the Thor: Love and Thunder actress appeared with her husband in September for his film Carmen at the Toronto International Film Festival, the director attended the April premiere alone. The next month, Portman attended two red carpets solo: the Los Angeles premiere of her HBO docuseries Angel City, and at the Cannes Film Festival for her movie with Julianne Moore, May December.
Portman previously recalled meeting Millepied while making Black Swan back in 2009. Millepied was the film’s choreographer. She recalled in a 2018 interview, “I met my husband on it, so I think I was in, like, dreamland. He was teaching me to dance. You know, one of those romantic [stories] … It was definitely exciting and fun. It was beautiful. I don’t know about instant. It was like I really got to know him, and that was when it seemed like, ‘Oh, this is the person.'”
