Chris Pratt’s Wife Only Saw One Of His Movies And It’s Not Marvel
Chris Pratt’s wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, has only seen one of his movies — and it’s not a Marvel film. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 star, 43, revealed that while his wife was at his side for the premiere of the latest and final installment in the hit franchise, she has a higher standard.
“Her favorite movie is Bride Wars,” Pratt admitted to People Wednesday night (May 3). “Katherine is a huge fan of Bride Wars. She calls that ‘true cinema.'” The 2009 romantic comedy stars Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway as two brides and best friends who butt heads when they find out they share the same wedding date. Pratt starred as Fletcher, the groom of Hathaway’s character Emma, in the film. “I think that might be one of the only movies of mine she’s seen,” the actor teased.

Meanwhile, his father-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger recently raved about his performance in the final Guardians installment. The 75-year-old action star took to Twitter to offer a raving review. “WOW,” Schwarzenegger said of the film. “@prattprattpratt you crushed it. A non-stop, perfect mix of comedy and action. I loved it and I’m very, very proud of you.”

The Terminator star’s sweet tribute comes after Pratt recently opened up about the unique bond the two share. “I’ve gotten obviously to know him now as just a regular guy and all of that,” Pratt said during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. “He’s a great grandfather, a great dad, and a good father-in-law and he’s got a wealth of experience, oddly, in the world of promoting blockbuster action movies. It’s like, who else are you gonna talk to about that kinda stuff? So that’s pretty cool.”
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is in theaters Friday, May 5. Take a look below at a guide to which films to watch first.
