Adele Is Horrified When A Fan Puts A Filter On Her In A TikTok
Now that Adele’s Las Vegas residency has begun after postponing in January, the English singer-songwriter has already done four rave-reviewed shows in Sin City. In addition to the two-hour set with zero pre-recorded tracks, Adele has impressed fans with her staging — including the moment where she seemingly disappears into a cloud of glitter at the end of the show.

The star has also won points for her high level of audience interaction. She regularly walks around the crowd to chat with fans and take selfies. One of the singer’s most recent fan interactions has gone viral thanks to her hilarious and raw reaction to a filter being put on her face. Adele picked out nutritionist and model Jamy G from the crowd and messed with her for wearing a Jennifer Lopez shirt to her concert. The singer said, “I love that you’ve come to my show wearing a J.Lo T-shirt, what’s this?” Jamy was holding up her phone to film the moment on TikTok, but when Adele glanced at her phone screen, she realized there was a filter being used. “Is there a filter on that?!” she exclaims in the clip. “Oh my god, what have you done to my face? Woah, get that filter off my face, that’s so weird!” She added, “Why are you doing filters like that? We don’t look like that, darling.”
Jamy agreed with the singer’s comments. She was at a loss for words when Adele asked her what her favorite memory was from when she was a child. She instantly began crying, and in Adele’s way of lightening things up, she says, “Oh baby, don’t cry… You don’t want J. Lo to see you cry!”
The “Weekends With Adele” residency runs now through March 25, 2023 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Attending the rescheduled residency will cost you upwards of $500 a ticket on reseller Stubhub. As we previously reported, the highest-priced ticket reaches all the way up to $41,280.
