Adele Is ‘Obsessed’ With Rich Paul: ‘I’ve Never Been In Love Like This’

Adele is opening up about falling in love with Rich Paul, after keeping their relationship pretty lowkey since being first .

In a new interview with Elle, the UK singer said, "I've never been in love like this. I'm obsessed with him."

When asked by the publication if she would ever want to remarry after divorcing ex Simon Konecki in 2019, she replied, "Yes, absolutely."

"I definitely want more kids," Adele continued. She shares 9-year-old son Angelo with Konecki. "I'm a homemaker and I'm a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music. But right now, all I got in my brain is [my upcoming Las Vegas residency]. I wanna f---ing nail it."

This February, the "Easy On Me" singer sparked engagement rumors with Paul when she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger while attending the BRIT Awards. That same month on The Graham Norton Show, she played coy about engagement rumors when the host pointed out the massive diamond she was wearing. "As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn't," Adele said. "It's lovely though, isn't it?"

In her Elle interview, Adele addressed the engagement rumors again, saying with a laugh, "Well! Well. Well, I'm not married." When pressed further about her relationship status, she said, "I'm not married. I'm not married! I'm just in loooove! I'm happy as I'll ever be. I might as well be married."

In a follow-up conversation post-interview, the 15-time Grammy Award winner clarified, "I'm not engaged. I just love high-end jewelry, boy!"

Adele's 30 released today and after six long years patiently waiting for new music, the 12-track album is available everywhere. As she previously said, the album is an open letter to her 9-year-old son about the divorce with his father, Simon Konecki.

“I just felt like I wanted to explain to him, through this record, when he’s in his twenties or thirties, who I am and why I voluntarily chose to dismantle his entire life in the pursuit of my own happiness," Adele said. "It made him really unhappy sometimes. And that’s a real wound for me that I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to heal.”

The album shows us the freest Adele has ever been, who breaks down in tears on track 3, "My Little Love," which also features voice notes of her son. 30 is a journey that Adele has so graciously allowed us to be a part of, and we will surely be playing the album heavily this winter.

Following tear-jerker "My Little Love," Adele went whimsical with Motown-style "Cry Your Heart Out," a more uplifting song, that tells us to cry our hearts out and to go at our own pace when in doubt.

The first song of the album, "Strangers By Nature" sets the tone for the album that all of us fans already knew to expect. Adele sings the song reminiscent of a Disney movie, which offers us a kind of safety.

The record effect throughout the song, adds to the sultriness of "All Night Parking," a song fantasizing about someone (maybe Rich Paul?).

Adele incorporating voice recordings of baby Angelo is so precious, we could die. The song speaks directly to her son, acknowledging that he can tell when his mom is lying.
