Brad Pitt Backtracks Comments On Retiring: ‘I’m Sorry I Said That’
Brad Pitt attends the Los Angeles Premiere Of Columbia Pictures' "Bullet Train" at Regency Village Theatre on August 01, 2022 in Los Angeles, California.
Brad Pitt isn’t going anywhere, despite a recent interview with GQ Magazine where he said he considers himself to be on the “last leg” of his career.
Speaking to E! News this week, the Bullet Train star shut down any rumors of retirement. “I’m so sorry I said that,” he said. “I just see it as like, there’s child to young adult, there’s young adult to middle-age. And then, you get over that hump of middle-age, and it’s kinda downhill from there. And I was just saying I’m over that hump.”
As we previously reported, Pitt plays an unlucky assassin named “Ladybug” traveling across Japan from Tokyo to Kyoto. The movie also stars Sandra Bullock, Joey King, Brian Tyree Henry, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Zazie Beetz and Bad Bunny.
