Snoop Dogg Impersonator Caught Fooling Fans In NYC
Celebrity look-alikes have made a name for themselves lately, especially Drake’s and Lil Durk’s. Snoop Dogg also has an infamous impersonator going around and he was able to fool some fans at an NYC convention.
The Snoop Dogg doppelgänger goes by the name of “Doop Snogg” and was seen at the NFT NYC Convention that started on Monday (June 20). Doop Snogg was getting away with it until a reporter asked for a few words from the “legendary rapper.”
Kevin Collier, a reporter for NBC, tweeted the interaction between him and the Snoop Dogg impersonator.
“I’m at the NFT NYC conference again in Times Square, and Snoop walked by, flanked by security,” Collier tweeted. “I grabbed his handler, said I’m a reporter, would love a few minutes. The guy said actually that’s an impersonator, legally can’t say it’s him, they hired him to drum up excitement.”
Snoop has since replied to fans’ confusion about the look-alike, quoting Collier’s tweet, simply replying, “Doop Snogg.”
