Nicki Minaj Shares Video Of Her Baby Boy Walking
Nicki Minaj gave fans a rare glimpse at life with her 8-month-old son, nicknamed Papa Bear, showing his attempt to walk in a cute video over the weekend.
The short but sweet video shows her son, whose name she has yet to reveal, being held up by Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty as the little one tries to balance standing on his feet.
38-year-old Minaj asks her son, “You ain’t trying to do all of that today? You ain’t trying to do all of that today, everyone bothering you? You had it?”
Minaj then changes her voice to baby-talk, pretending to be her son and says, “Mama I had it, leave me alone already, please! Ain’t nobody got time for all of that, mama.”
Minaj’s son was adorned with head-to-toe Burberry and wore an adorable iced-out chain that reads “Papa Bear” on the pendant complete with a tiny matching bracelet.

The “Itty Bitty Piggy” rapper welcomed her son with Petty in September of last year, almost a year after she revealed she and Petty had tied the knot.
Three months after welcoming her son, Minaj shared a gallery of photos of the infant with a sweet note: “#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mama 🎀🦄🙏 Wishing you guys a happy & prosperous New Year. Thank you for your love & support throughout this journey. It’s meant so much to me. Becoming a mom is by far the most fulfilling job I’ve ever taken on. Sending love to all the superhero mothers out there. Big hugs to all the women who have been pregnant during this challenging time.”
Per Page Six, Minaj revealed she was “butt naked” when she went into labor and had just gotten out of the shower, adding that she was in labor all night. “But breastfeeding is very painful,” she said. “Pumping is too. Women make this stuff look way too easy. Moms r really superheroes.”
