Dr. Dre’s Wife Is Being Investigated For Embezzlement
As the divorce for Dr. Dre and Nicole Young continues, the Los Angeles Police Department is going after Nicole Young for embezzlement.
TMZ states, “We’re told Dre’s business partner, Larry Chatman, recently went to the police and filed a report, claiming Nicole withdrew hundreds of thousands of dollars from their business account without authorization … something Larry had previously alleged in legal letters fired off to Nicole’s side in the past few weeks.”
The report says that Nicole has embezzled $385,029. But the outlet adds, “For the record, Dre did not file the report.”
Nicole claims she has a right to the cash because it was in a corporate account that her name is on. If charged, she could go to jail. So far, her lawyer has not commented about the police investigation.
