Justin Bieber Got Another Massive Tattoo On His Neck

Justin Bieber has added to his already extensive tattoo collection. The singer shared the massive rose he recently got on his neck.

On Instagram, he wrote, "@_dr_woo_ thank you for the (rose emoji)."

As we reported, Dr. Woo has done tattoos for many celebs in the past. Some include Miley Cyrus, Drake, Zoe Kravitz, Bella Thorne, Ariel Winter, Cody Simpson, Hilary Duff, Emilia Clarke, Sam Smith, Nicola Peltz, Lea Michelle, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde, and Lucy Hale. He also tattooed Justin's wife Hailey Bieber last year.
