Portia de Rossi stands by her woman. The actress has finally broken her silence since all of the recent allegations have surfaced against Ellen DeGeneres.
To recap, there are reports from multiple people saying the talk show host is unkind, and there have been many articles reporting on her show having a toxic workplace environment. There was also the recent story on staff members saying they’ve dealt or seen sexual misconduct from a senior producer while working for on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Now Portia has gone to social media to defend Ellen. She posted a graphic that says, “I Stand By Ellen.” She captioned the photo, “To all our fans….we see you. Thank you for your support.” Along with the post were multiple hashtags, including #stopbotattacks, #IStandWithEllenDeGeneres, #IStandByEllen, and #bekindtooneanother.”
Under the post was a mix of messages from fans. One wrote, “This can’t be real. Have some accountability. It isn’t made up when it’s dozens of employees and years of bad stories. Stop acting like she is a victim when there are real victims.” Another said, “Don’t stand by Ellen when the truth finally came out and there’s proof she’s mistreated some of her guests.”
