Has Clare Crawley Been Replaced On ‘The Bachelorette?’
Rumors are circling the internet that Clare Crawley will be replaced on the upcoming The Bachelorette season. Reality Steve, a Bachelor and Bachelorette blogger and podcast host who is notorious for his accurate show predictions and spoilers, recently tweeted out some info about this that has been making its way around Reddit.
The Reddit post from /throwawayspoiler2020 says, “Hey guys I’m the owner of a bachelor spoiler account (I can provide proof to the mods) and got some info on Monday about Clare’s season. I didn’t post this on my account because people go crazy if it turns out not to be 100% true. Please note this is unverified information.”
“On Monday I got some messages saying that production is having a lot of problems with Clare during filming. Among other things, she canceled everything that was supposed to happen on that Saturday before, and they called in a new bachelorette. They are recasting her with Tayshia. Tayshia is already quarantining at the hotel and they should be taking her phone on Friday (today). The plan is for her to call back some of guys that have already been eliminated.”
Reality Steve posted a screenshot of the Reddit post and added, “(MAJOR SPOILER): I’ve been made aware of this Reddit post making the rounds. Been on the phone for the last 2 hrs digging. I cannot confirm with 100% certainty if it’s true yet, but if you ask my opinion, I think there is some serious validity to it based on what I’m hearing now.”
“There’s a lot to take in here that I don’t have answers to yet (assuming this is true), but I will report back when I hear/know more.”

Per Vanity Fair, Reality Steve spoke about this more on his Instagram Live page. He said, “I’m really certain Tayshia is out in La Quinta right now [where The Bachelorette is filming]. There’s no reason for Tayshia to be in La Quinta unless she’s being asked to film something. Which means that she would be the Bachelorette. So if you ask me if Tayshia is going to be the Bachelorette from this point forward, my answer would be yes.”
According to the Daily Mail, Tayshia Adams competed for Colton Underwood’s heart on Season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019.
So far, representatives for ABC have not confirmed or denied this rumor.
