Jamie Lynn Spears Claps Back At Fan Who Said Britney Is Mentally Ill
Jamie Lynn Spears is not playing around when it comes to negative comments about her sister.
As we reported, Halsey sent out a series of tweets yesterday talking about Kanye West and bipolar disorder. Jamie Lynn posted a screenshot of one of her tweets, along with messages from Kevin McHale, Nina Parker, and Marren Morris, where they are addressing mental health.
She captioned the post, “If you deal with mental illness or care for someone dealing with mental illness, then you know how important it is to respect the situation with privacy for the person, and the family trying to protect their loved ones, no matter how it may appear to the public, and as the public, we must learn to do the same.”
“I pray this doesn’t bring shame to anyone dealing with mental illness, you are not alone, and you are loved. Sending all my love and prayers to all of you.”

In the comments, a fan decided to chime in, writing, “How about your sisters OBVIOUS mental illness? Why don’t you speak on that?”
Of course, that didn’t go over well with Jamie Lynn. She responded, “You have no right to assume anything about my sister, and I have NO right to speak about HER health and personal matters. She is a strong, badass, unstoppable woman, and that’s the only thing that is OBVIOUS. ”
She also posted a screenshot of the altercation in her story and added, “Y’all know how I get about my family, just ask that neighborhood lady who ran her loud mouth…”
