Kanye West Wants Jay-Z To Be His Running Mate
In an interview over the weekend, Kanye West allegedly said that his first choice for a running mate in his presidential campaign is his friend and occasional collaborator, Jay-Z.
XXL reports that Kanye said during an interview, “You know who my favorite candidate is for my running mate is?,” Kanye said, and then hinted that the person had the same initials as South Carolina. The interviewer then realized that Kanye was referring to Shawn Carter, Jay Z’s birth name, and ‘Ye confirmed this. He also noted that he hadn’t spoken to Jay about it.
Meanwhile, the online sentiment about Kanye’s first presidential rally yesterday — where he questioned Harriet Tubman’s accomplishments — has been harsh.
False prophets by J. Cole.

Subject: Kanye West.
‘The type of n***a swear he real but all around him’s fake’
He called it. pic.twitter.com/Zn1wkMxuc7
Yes, Kanye West is mentally ill. But he's also a virulent misogynist, and mental illness didn't make him that way.

At some point, excusing his behavior is offensive to people with mental illness.
Did you know that Twitter allows you to mute a word forever?

For example, a person could mute “Kanye” and never have to see posts with that name in it.

Less attention on Kanye. More attention to what’s been happening in Portland.

I just saw a tweet saying that people took Kanye's comment about Harriet Tubman out of context. Hot tip: there is no context where this untruthful statement is okay. Kanye needs to stop speaking down about the ancestors just to get attention. pic.twitter.com/EGwQIM9CdS

Kanye telling Kim's business and revealing that about North to excuse his anti-abortion stance really shows how invasive "pro-life" culture is. They don't care about consent. There's a certain entitlement to the bodies of people who are/will/were/can be pregnant.

How y'all look trying to find a “deeper message” in Kanye West’s crazy ass speech... pic.twitter.com/isFU3ZmWmJ
