Kerry Washington Launches ‘Dad Jokes Series,’ Invites Tina Knowles As Her First Guest
Kerry Washington is passing the time during quarantine by creating a Dad Jokes series on Instagram with her father, Earl. And her first guest of the show was none other than Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, who is famously known on Instagram for her “Corny Joke Time.”
Kerry wrote about the new project, saying, “Soooooo my dad and I were thinking about doing a series of ‘Dad Jokes’ to spread love and joy in these crazy times. But before we kicked it off we hand to call in the joke expert, the creator of Corny Joke Time… @mstinalawson! She gave us her blessing and even spit a few Corny Jokes at u. MORE #DadJokes from Earl to come!!!!!!”
During the segment, Tina gave her blessings for the new series and explained why she began telling corny jokes on Instagram. She also didn’t disappoint and gave viewers a new corny joke to enjoy. Watch the video below.
