Whitney Houston’s Debut To Be Commemorated Via Vinyl Box Set
Whitney Houston’s self-titled debut studio album turned 35 back in February, and to commemorate the songstress’ introduction to the world a vinyl box set is now available for pre-order via Vinyl Me Please.
A fan club for the beloved singer made the announcement on Instagram on Wednesday (Apr. 28). “The Vinyl Me, Please team has been working hard to get this product to you quickly,” the announcement read.
However, due to manufacturing and shipping delays, the vinyl boxset will be available on June 12. Fans of Houston may pre-order the set now, and it will be shipped out on the release day.
The boxset includes:
- A 2LP box with 180g peaches & cream marble vinyl.
- A 40-page hardcover book including liner notes, photos, and lyrics.
- The previously Japan-only release Whitney Dancin‘ Special.
- AAA-remastered by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound.
