Selena Gomez Hints That Unreleased Music Could Be Coming
Selena Gomez went on The Tonight Starring Jimmy Fallon and talked about her new album Rare. “What was most important for me with this record is to make sure that every single song, whether it was the lyrics or the production, to mean something and to actually hold weight.” She adds, “I’m very lucky to be in a position to made people feel good.”
During the interview, the singer shared that she has some completed songs that didn’t make the album, that she may one day release it. “There’s a few other songs that I couldn’t help but want to exist, so I can’t really tell when, but one of my favorite tracks is called ‘Boyfriend,'” Selena explains. “I can’t wait for people to hear that one.”
Selena also spoke about working with Finneas O’Connell, and Jimmy shared with her that Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” was inspired by Wizards of Waverly Place. “That’s so cool!” Selena excitedly says after learning the fun fact.
