YouTubers Jake Paul And Tana Mongeau Got Married & It Ended In A Brawl
Here comes the bride, and oh, don’t look now, someone’s starting a fight! Over the weekend, YouTubers Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau got married in a Las Vegas ceremony that ended with an all-out brawl.
With MTV’s cameras rolling, Paul and Mongeau said “I do” in front of their friends, family, and fans, since natch, this event was live streaming (for $50, according to Buzzfeed.) The couple, who got engaged last month, both wore white. She wore three looks: a gown with pink accents for the ceremony, a lace body-hugging dress for the reception, and a sparkly silver see-through number for the afterparty. Paul wore a Dior suit with matching fedora. But, in the moments after he kissed the bride is when things went awry at this YouTube Royal Wedding.
In a video from the ceremony, someone appears to throw something at Paul—Mongeau later tweeted it was a glass of champagne—who in turn, shoves the man. This leads the couple’s officiant, Arman Izadi, to fight the man with some of Paul’s friends joining in. “A dude came up and threw champagne on Tana and Jake and Jake pushed him and our priest Armani, I don’t know how else to say this, he beat the sh*t out of him,” Paul’s brother, Logan, said, according to People.
For those who didn’t catch the wedding live, don’t worry, MTV plans to air it at a later date. And maybe, just maybe, we’ll be able to figure out whether this brawl was a hoax or not. No surprise, fans have feelings. As for now, this wedding appears to be very real, so congrats to the newlyweds.
