Drake Removes Michael Jackson Song From Tour Setlist
Rapper and singer-songwriter Drake recently removed a song that featured posthumous guest vocals from Michael Jackson from his tour setlist.
“Don’t Matter To Me,” from his Scorpion album, was absent from his Assassination Vacation Tour stop in Manchester on Sunday, Mar. 10, according to Vibe.
The “God’s Plan” rapper’s tour commenced on Sunday featuring Torey Lanez and Tiffany Calver.
Jackson’s song appeared on the Toronto rapper’s setlist during his 2018 Aubrey and the Three Migos Tour.
Drake hasn’t spoken out about the song’s omission, but the decision may be connected to the controversy regarding HBO’s infamous documentary, Leaving Neverland, which features two men who allegedly were sexually abused about the iconic pop star.
Drake will be making stops in Paris, Dublin, London, and Amsterdam during the European leg of the Assassination Vacation Tour.
