The New York Post is reporting Bourdain died after hanging himself in his hotel room, by using the belt from his hotel robe.
Authorities investigating the case have also said there are no signs that indicate anyone entered Bourdain’s hotel room prior to chef Eric Ripert finding Bourdain unresponsive.
Autopsy and toxicology tests are still pending.
