According to Your Tango, and various other publications, Brody did invite Kendall and Kylie, however, they never even responded to the invitation.

Brody’s Dad, formerly Bruce but now Caitlyn, was unable to attend due to work obligations.
While a lot of his family members did not attend the special occasion, we’re sure Brody and his new wife had a wonderful day.
