VIDEO: Bill Murray Takes Part in Gender Reveal Moment
It’s official: The “Gender Reveal” party trend has officially peaked, because when Bill Murray helps a couple find out the sex of their baby, all other reveal videos from now on will pale in comparison.
The parents-to-be featured in the video below are Jacqueline and Michael Davis. Per the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the couple was attending the Murray Bros. Caddyshack Golf Tournament in St. Augustine and Michael was playing in the tournament. They had a special golf ball whereupon striking it would release either a blue or pink cloud of smoke for their gender reveal.
At first, the couple ran into John Resig, president of the website The Chive, and asked him to do the reveal honors, but Resig upped the ante and recruited Murray to do the honors. (Fun fact: After a history of crashing all sorts of wedding-related events, Murray told Jacqueline this was his first gender reveal.)
Once again, trend over, folks! It doesn’t get better than Bill Murray. That’s the fact, Jack!
