Nick Cannon speaks onstage at Hip Hop & Mental Health: Facing The Stigma Together at The GRAMMY Museum on June 25, 2022 in Los Angeles, California.

For someone who comes off as irresponsible for having a ton of kids within the same timespan with different mothers, Nick Cannon seems to have it all figured out.

As we’ve previously reported, Cannon, 42, said he spends more than $3 million a year on his 12 kids. In November, the the Wild N’ Out host said, “I don’t plan to ever have to participate in the governmental system of child.”

Per People, Cannon is sharing new details about the financial arrangement he has with the mother of his children. While he does not give them a “monthly allowance,” he never denies them finances when they need it.

“It ain’t even about a monthly allowance or amount of money because I don’t give myself that,” he explained. “What they need, they get it. There’s never been something that one of the mothers of my children has asked for and they didn’t receive.” He added, “That’s why they call me the provider.”

The comedian also expressed the “respect and admiration” he has for the six mothers individually. “Everybody has their challenges,” he adds. “But when you really understand this woman has given the greatest sacrifice and sacrificed her body to bring a child into [this world], that’s the best gift any man could ask for.”

Earlier this month, Cannon gushed about his ex-wife, Mariah Carey. When asked about who was the love of his life, he named the mother of his first-born twins, Monroe and Moroccan, 11.

Nick is also a father to sons Golden Sagon, 6, and Rise Messiah Cannon, 6 months, and daughter Powerful Queen, 2, with Brittany Bell. He shares twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, 21 months, and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, 4 months, with Abby De La Rosa; son Legendary Love, 8 months, with Bre Tiesi; daughter Onyx Ice Cole, 5 months, with LaNisha Cole. He’s also dad to two children with Alyssa Scott, son Zen, who died at 5 months old in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer, and daughter Halo Marie, 3 months.

Nick Cannon's Latest Child Born; Here's A Timeline of His Kids

Nick Cannon has expanded his family yet again. Now, we knew he was expecting his ninth and tenth children with Abby De La Rosa and Brittany Bell, respectively. Apparently, he also had one on the way with model Lanisha Cole. It was speculated that Lanisha was pregnant with Nick’s child but the news was never confirmed by either parent.

Nick announced the news on his IG with the comment: “Introducing ONYX ICE COLE CANNON. Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth. I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities. I promise to love this little girl with all my heart, regardless what anyone says…I’ve given up on attempting to define myself for the world or society but instead I’m doing the work to heal and grow into the infinite Being God ordained me to be. Hopefully I can teach Onyx the same, to not let others shame or ridicule her with their outside opinions, because when they do they are only projecting their own harsh experiences, pain and social programming onto her unblemished beauty.” Nick even went on to defend Lanisha, saying “[Lanisha] is one of the most guileless, peaceful and nonconfrontational kind souls I’ve ever witnessed, and only deserves to revel in this moment of blissful joy of motherhood. Please give her that. She is so loving and pure hearted.”

Onyx Ice Cole Cannon is now Nick’s ninth child. As mentioned, he is still expecting two more children (that we know of). Are you having a hard time keeping up with all of his kids, and who he had them with? No problem: we’re here to help. Check out our timeline below.
