Zayn Malik Says Yolanda Hadid Barged Into His Home
Zayn Malik says his confrontation with Yolanda Hadid resulted from the fact that he felt that she crossed some boundaries, barging into his and Gigi’s Pennsylvania home.
Sources with direct knowledge told gossip website TMZ Zayn was at home on September 29, when Yolanda “barged” into the house, without calling beforehand or even knocking at the door.
Apparently, this ordeal was the climax of an ongoing source of conflict, as Zayn has been feeling as though Yolanda was acting like the house was hers and ignoring his position as Gigi’s boyfriend and father of their daughter. The sources say Zayn made his feelings known once she entered, but Yolanda disregarded his feelings.
As we earlier reported, Zayn’s confrontation with Yolanda ended with Zayn allegedly shoving her into a dresser, causing “mental anguish and physical pain.” Zayn pled no contest to harassment and was fined, but with conditions. He’s on 90 days probation for each count, totaling 360 days. He also must complete an anger management class and a domestic violence program as well as having no contact with Yolanda or the security guard who he clashed with at the time of the conflict. If all conditions are satisfied after 6 months, the judge could terminate probation.
Per the gossip site, the One Direction alum is staying at his own place in Pennsylvania to be close to his daughter Khai, working and recording his music while he and Gigi begin the process of working with a mediator to determine new co-parenting arrangements since they are no longer together.
