Pharrell Lists His Hollywood Hills Home For $12 Million
Pharrell is leaving the Hills. The producer recently listed his Hollywood Hills home for $11.95 million, as Rap-Up reports.
The property, which consists of 1.5 acres was purchased in 2015 for $7.1 million and it sits high above Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon with a 280-degree mountain, canyon, and city view.
The home, which is 5,800-square-feet, is described as a“sleek, angular oil tanker.” It was designed by renowned architect Hagy Belzberg and holds six bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms, according to Dirt.com.
The residency also has a two-story guesthouse that is separated from the main house by an auto-court. The grounds outdoors include a viewing terrace that has a projection wall as well as a negative-edge swimming pool with a spa.
The Hollywood Hills home is Pharrell’s second residency to hit the market in Greater Los Angeles. Back in March, as we previously reported, the producer and rapper listed his Beverly Hills glass mansion for $17 million.
The 17,000-square-foot home, which the Neptunes hitmaker bought from Tyler Perry in 2018 for $15.6 million, has 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The super producer and his family are currently residing in Coral Gables, Fla during the quarantine. Back in April, the 47-year-old artist purchased a 3.5-acre waterfront property for almost $30 million.
