Blue Ivy Carter Looks All Grown Up In This New Birthday Photo
Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s little girl isn’t so little anymore. In honor of her eighth birthday, Beyoncé’s dad Matthew Knowles shared a never before seen photo of Blue Ivy that will make you feel old.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful and oldest granddaughter Blue Ivy,” Knowles wrote on Instagram along with a photo of Blue wearing a backpack. Perhaps this was the first day of school? Whatever day it was, her look was flawless. No doubt, like her mom, she woke up like this.
Blue isn’t even in double digits yet, but she’s already killing the game. Last year, Blue Ivy picked up a BET Soul Train Award, along with a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 thanks to Beyoncé’s “Brown Skinned Girl,” which she sang on and also helped write. She even rang in the new year with last year’s standout rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
