TMZ Fires Personality Van Lathan After Argument With Co-Worker

TV personality, Van Lathan, was fired from TMZ after getting into a heated confrontation with co-worker Michael Babcock. Hollywood Unlocked explains that the two men got into an argument during TMZ Live over political views. The arguing got heated, but it was edited out when the show went live.

They also add, "following the on-camera debacle, Lathan confronted Babcock in the newsroom and allegedly said that there would be a problem if he 'Ever embarrassed him like that again.'"  He was fired a few days later.

Lathan addressed the firing on Twitter, writing, "I'm okay. Promise you guys. Seriously."
