Lance Bass Explains How he Came out to Britney Spears
Lance Bass went and spilled all the tea about coming out to childhood friend Britney Spears.
The NSYNC singer was on Watch What Happens Live last night and told Andy Cohen and the audience about how he came out to Spears during her chaotic Las Vegas wedding to Jason Alexander. The wedding was back in in 2004, two years before he publically came out.
He explains that “It was the night that she got married the first time in Vegas to Jason. So I went up to Vegas to kind of see the craziness that was happening. And she was a little upset once she realized what she had done because, you know, it was a funny thing. And then she started, like, really crying and, like, she was so upset.”
Bass elaborates even move saying, “And so I took her to her room and we were sitting on her bed, and she wouldn’t stop crying, so I was like, ‘I’m gay,’ and it made her stop crying…She chuckled.”
Bass also goes into detail about joining the mile-high club on a Boeing Business Jet, with a woman. “I was with a woman. I know. Breaking news! Breaking News!”
