P!nk is taking us back to the days before social media feeds and a 24-hour news cycle dominated everyday life with her new single "Can We Pretend."
The song, featuring Cash Cash, is all about the singer, 39, wishing she could go back to being 22 once again.
“I remember conversations/ We were dancing up on tables/ Taking pictures when we had nowhere to post,” she sings.
The track is co-produced by One Republic's Ryan Tedder and features a distinctly EDM vibe, giving us an upbeat warm-weather anthem.
"So can we pretend / That I'm twenty-two today / Dancing on the tables with you? Oh yeah / Can we pretend / That we all end up okay? / I just wanna forget with you, oh yeah," the lyrics continue.
The song is P!nk's third release off of the upcoming Hurts 2B Human, due out April 26.
Previous singles are "Walk Me Home," and "Hustle."
