Which ‘FRIENDS’ Actor Is NOT Down For A Reunion?!
In the words of the immortal Chandler Bing, “OH COME ON!”
So Jennifer Aniston talked about her feelings on a potential ‘FRIENDS’ reboot in her most recent ‘InStyle’ interview, and she admitted that she fantasizes about it.
Aniston says the following:
“Before that show ended, people were asking if we were coming back. Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] and I talk about it. I fantasize about it… It really was the greatest job I ever had. I don’t know what it would look like today, but you never know. So many shows are being successfully rebooted.”
Out of all the cast members, you have to admit that Aniston has had the most success on her own, so the fact that SHE is considering it is absolutely amazing. However, she does throw one of her former co-stars under the bus, and it’s not who you think.
She says,”I know Matt LeBlanc doesn’t want to be asked that question anymore… But maybe we could talk him into it.”
WHAT?! It’s not like we’re asking you to share food, Joey! I mean, really, you’ve had a couple TV shows since, and then got sucked into doing ‘Top Gear,’ but do you really think that’s more successful than ‘FRIENDS,’ MATT?! I’m pretty sure that a reunion of the Central Perk crew would be more successful than the ‘Gilmore Girls’ Netflix reboot!
But don’t worry, Rachel Green doesn’t necessarily NEED Joey to keep going. She says “Or we just give it some time and then Lisa, Courteney, and I could reboot The Golden Girls and spend our last years together on wicker furniture.”
Either way, I feel like we need to start a petition for this to actually happen, that way the networks see that we really want it, then it becomes a battle of who wants to pay for it. Netflix, anyone?
