Tom Holland surprised patients at the LA County + USC Medical Center in Los Angeles last week.
The Spider-Man: Homecoming star helped deliver the first part of $1 million worth of toys to young patients of the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
This kicked off the Marvel: The Universe Unites campaign that helps bring Avengers: Infinity War cast members together in order to raise money and awareness for various foundations supporting kids and families affected by serious illnesses.
Avengers: Infinity War is out in theaters April 27.
