When Al Roker interviewed the pair on the Red Carpet for the Golden Globes, they determined that they were going to “switch diamonds” later on in the night, and were all about holding hands and standing in female solidarity. After that adorable display of love and affection, NBC made the statement, which caused Mariah to reply the following:
